- Click Sign In at the top right of ShopActionDirect.com and follow the prompts to create a new account.

Will my North Shore Commercial Door (NSCD) account work on ShopActionDirect.com?
- No. NSCD accounts don’t transfer. Please create a new account on ShopActionDirect.com.

Can I view past orders from North Shore Commercial Door?
- Not directly on Action Direct. Contact our Customer Service team to request your NSCD order history.

How do I know you received my order?
- We’ll email an order confirmation with your order number to the address you provided.

Can I track my order online?
- Yes. When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number.

When will my items arrive?
- Many items are ready to ship the next business day (look for this note on the product page). We offer standard USPS/UPS, as well as next-day and second-day options. Shipping costs are based on weight, method, and destination. Contact us with shipping questions.

How do I apply a coupon or promo code?

- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the service you select.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
- Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited processing is available (except Friday afternoon through Sunday). Items requiring manufacturer configuration take longer.

Can I track my shipment?
- Yes—your tracking number arrives via email once your order ships.

Do you offer expedited or same-day shipping?
- Expedited options are available at checkout. Same-day availability depends on product stock and order time.

Where do orders ship from?
- Primarily from our parts distribution center in Cleveland, Ohio. Some made-to-order items ship directly from the manufacturer.

- Sales tax applies to orders delivered to states where tax is required.

Do you process or ship orders on weekends?
- No. Business hours are Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm EST. Orders placed outside these hours are processed the next business day.
