LTL is a freight shipping method built for shipments that are too heavy for standard parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx. Your order shares space on a freight truck with other shipments, which keeps your shipping costs lower than a full truckload.

What to expect with your LTL delivery

• Your shipment will arrive on a freight truck with a lift gate.
• Someone 21 or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
• Important: Please inspect all items for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage directly on the receipt, this protects you if you need to file a claim.
